Every Crumb Tells a Story
Tiffany's Cottage Crumbs was born from a love of baking, family, and the memories made in a kitchen.
Two bakers, one kitchen
Both of my parents loved to bake, but they each brought their own touch to it.
My mom was the traditional baker. Cookies, cakes, pies, cupcakes, brownies — the familiar sweets that make a house feel like home.
My dad was the experimenter. Cream puffs, sticky buns, zucchini bread, whatever new recipe had caught his interest that week.
Together, they gave me two very different, equally meaningful ways to love baking.
What stayed
I lost my dad to COVID on Christmas Day in 2020, and my mom on May 24, 2025. Losing them changed so much. But one thing stayed: the kitchen.
Baking is where I still feel close to them. Every recipe, every familiar smell, every little crumb brings back a memory.
Learning the craft
I had always loved baking, but I wanted to understand it — the technique underneath the things I grew up making. So while continuing my career as a nurse, I enrolled in Baking and Pastry at the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts.
Tiffany's Cottage Crumbs is where all of those pieces come together. Some of what I bake is inspired by my mom. Some reminds me of my dad. Some is entirely my own.
How it works
Everything is made to order in my home kitchen here in Florida — no storefront, no display case, nothing sitting out getting stale. You tell me what you need and when you need it, and I bake it fresh for that day.
Most orders need about a week's notice. Dessert bars need three.
You'll find me at weekend markets before long, too. Until then, check out our online order form.
Every cake, cookie, cupcake, pie, sticky bun, and loaf that comes out of my kitchen carries a little piece of where I came from.
